After two weeks of training camp (TC) at the Borussia Monchengladbach club headquarters, the Indonesian U-17 national team moved to Bad Bentheim, Dortmund on Sunday (1/10/2023), to continue their training camp.
Indonesian U-17 national team defender Mohamad Andre Pangestu admitted that he was enthusiastic about going to the training camp in Dortmund even though he was only given a short time to undergo TC in the city which is the headquarters of the Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund.
“My friends and I are very enthusiastic about undergoing training camp in Dortmund even though the time is very short. We have to really use that time to develop even better,” said Mohamad Andre Pangestu as quoted from an official statement, Sunday.
Iqbal Gwijangge and his friends are scheduled to undergo a three-week training camp at the headquarters of the club nicknamed Die Borussen.

During their training camp in the city of Dortmund, the Garuda Muda team is scheduled to undergo a trial match against the Bundesliga academy team, Eintracht Frankfurt U-19.
While in Monchengladbach, the Indonesian U-17 national team played one trial match against the Bundesliga 2 academy club or the second caste of the German League, TSV Meerbusch U-17.
In the trial match which lasted 2 x 40 minutes, the Garuda Muda team had to recognize the superiority of TSV Meerbusch 0-1.
