Salma Salsabil stole the public’s attention after she performed on stage singing the song Station Balapan by the late Didi Kempot. However, Salma Salsabil’s action sparked public protests.
The reason is, Salma Salsabil changed the lyrics of the song Station Balapan with one of the harsh words in Javanese. Suddenly this attracted public criticism, including Yan Vellia, wife of the late Didi Kempot.
Yen Vellia really regrets Salma Salsabil’s action in changing the lyrics of her late husband’s song. However, now this problem has been resolved.
Yen Vellia has accepted Salma Salsabil’s apology. He also asked the singer who graduated from the talent search event not to repeat his mistakes.
“Yes, I have apologized and (Salma) will not do it again,” said Yan Vellia when met on Trans TV, Wednesday (27/9).
Yen Vellia said that Salma Salsabil’s attitude in immediately apologizing was very good. Yen Vellia felt that Salma had good intentions in apologizing to her directly.
“We and our family always forgive, we have forgiven long before Salma apologized,” said Yan Vellia.
