Beauties, have you ever heard of World Alzheimer’s Day? Yups, this month is called World Alzheimer’s month because it is related to the commemoration of World Alzheimer’s Day every September 21.
Alzheimer’s disease itself is a brain disease that causes a decrease in memory, ability to think and speak, as well as changes in behavior. This disease can worsen over time, making the sufferer no longer able to carry out daily work.
So, September is an opportunity for individuals, businesses or communities to hold various campaigns to raise awareness about the impact of Alzheimer’s and dementia.

September 2023 marks the 12th anniversary of World Alzheimer’s Day with the theme ‘Never too early, never too late’. The campaign with this theme aims to highlight the important role of identifying risk factors and adopting proactive risk reduction measures to delay, and potentially even prevent, the onset of Alzheimer’s.
It is hoped that there will be growing knowledge and awareness in society that Alzheimer’s disease can even begin years before symptoms. As outlined in the 2019 Alzheimer’s International report, many people still mistakenly believe that Alzheimer’s and dementia are part of normal aging.
