SUARA SUMEDANG – Persib Bandung striker Ezra Walian managed to break into the Persikabo 1973 goal in the 89th minute using Arsan Makarin’s pass.
Having time to control it, Ezra then kicked with his right foot which the Persikabo 1973 goalkeeper couldn’t block.
Ezra Walian dedicated his goal against Persikabo 1973 at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA), Saturday, 16 September 2023, to his late mother and all Persib supporters.
After scoring the goal, Ezra immediately celebrated by running towards the stands while kissing the tattoo on his left arm before punching his hand in the air.

The gesture of kissing the arm is a manifestation of his love for the Mother.
“I have a tattoo of my deceased mother. Every time I score a goal, I definitely kiss (the tattoo) in honor,” said Ezra Walian.
According to him, Iku is happy to be able to help the team achieve victory.
“I’m very happy to be able to help the team. We all played well. Everyone has worked hard in matches and training,” he said.
“We are very happy to get the three points. This is for the supporters and everyone,” explained Ezra.***
