Suara.com – Following are the complete results of the 2023-2024 Asian Champions League last night, Tuesday to Wednesday (20/9/2023) early morning WIB, which presents a series of group phase matches. Cristiano Ronaldo was almost injured in Al Nassr’s victory, while Jordi Amat’s club Johor Darul was fortunate to lose in this match.
Cristiano Ronaldo made his debut in the main round of the Asian Champions League when Al Nassr visited the headquarters of Iranian club Persepolis.
In the inaugural Group E match at the Azadi Stadium, Tehran, Ronaldo and his friends managed to take home full points after winning 2-0.
Cristiano Ronaldo did not score a goal in this match. He was withdrawn in the 90+1′ minute where in several moments the player almost suffered an injury.

Apart from the poor condition of the field, Ronaldo also collapsed after his feet collided with Hossein Kanaani.

Not only that, the mischievous actions of Persepolis player Milad Sarlak also made Ronaldo groan in pain again after his foot was accidentally stepped on.
Sarlak’s action earned him a second yellow card which put Al Nassr ahead in terms of players from the 52nd minute.
Al Nassr’s own goals only came after that, precisely through Abdulrahman Ghareeb in the 62nd minute and Mohammed Qasem when the match entered the 72nd minute.
This victory means Al Nassr temporarily sits at the top of Group E of the 2023-2024 Asian Champions League with a collection of three points, two points ahead of Al Duhail and Istiqlol Dushanbe who share the points after playing without a goal.

In another match, Jordi Amat’s club, Johor Darul Takzim, had to start their struggle in Group I with defeat. They lost 0-1 to the giant Japanese team, Kawasaki Frontale.
