Ariyanto, a national lawn bowls athlete from Jepara, will represent Indonesia at the 2023 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou, China, in October 2023. The family always gives prayer and encouragement support to Ariyanto to become champion in the biggest multi-event event in Asia.
Kholida, Ariyanto’s wife, always gives full support to her husband to continue to excel. Together with her only child, this 34 year old woman had to be willing to be away from her husband for a while.
The reason is, as the 2023 Asian Games get closer, Ariyanto is also busy with the training camp being held in Solo, Central Java. In the eyes of his family, Ariyanto is a proud figure. Apart from having a sense of responsibility, the 45 year old athlete has also won various awards at international events, namely winning bronze medals in Thailand and Malaysia.
As representatives of Indonesia at the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Para Games, Kholida and his family always offer prayers for Ariyanto. She hopes that her husband can become a champion who can make the nation and state proud.
“I always support him, hope that he (Ariyanto) can become a champion and make the nation and state proud,” said Kholida.
