Sunan Kalijaga as the legal expert for the band Radja asked Anji as the owner of the Dunia Manji YouTube account to delete the content of his podcast with Rival Achmad Labbaik alias Ipay when discussing the song Cinderella. The reason is that currently a legal process is underway regarding this issue at Polda Metro Jaya.
“As a legal representative, I request that the podcast be taken down from YouTube broadcasts first because it is clear that this ongoing process is ongoing,” said Sunan Kalijaga when met at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (18/9).
Radja reported the Dunia Mani YouTube channel because it was suspected that there were lies in the content of Anji’s podcast. This of course made Ian Kasela CS feel disadvantaged.
SCROLL TO RESUME CONTENT
“We suspect that there was a false statement that should not have been discussed and should not have been uploaded, making it possible for the public or people who saw it to judge our client negatively,” said Sunan Kalijaga.
“So we ask the owner of this joint podcast for help to take it down first. Because it is clear that this is a lie, we suspect that it is a public lie,” he continued.
Anji Manji himself, as the owner of the Dunia Manji YouTube account, underwent an examination last week regarding the content of his podcast with Ipay. Meanwhile, Ipay, who claims to be the creator of the song Cinderella, is undergoing examination today.
“As for Anji’s brother, on Wednesday or Thursday, I forget exactly,” said Rana Arinansyah as manager of the band Radja.
“Today that is what Brother Ipay will call you,” he continued.
The Radja band itself underwent an examination some time ago at Polda Metro Jaya. Currently, the party is waiting for developments on the report.
“What is certain is that if Radja is finished, we will provide information, provide testimony,” said Rana Arinansyah.
“So we just have to wait for the legal process that is currently being carried out at Polda Metro Jaya,” he concluded.
The Dunia Manji YouTube channel was reported for alleged violations of the ITE Law regarding the distribution of content on social media.
“For the report, the ITE Law is on social media, namely YouTube, where criminal acts are committed, also ITE as regulated by Article 27 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 3 and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code,” concluded Sunan Kalijaga.
