Suara.com – Manchester United is plagued by bad luck ahead of their visit to Bayern Munich’s headquarters on the first matchday of Group A of the 2023-2024 Champions League. Their mainstay right-back, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, has extended the list of players entering the treatment room.
The Bayern Munich vs Man United duel will take place at the Allianz Arena. This match is scheduled to kick-off on Thursday (21/9/2023 at 02.00 WIB.
The 25-year-old right-back adds to the list of injured players coached by Erik ten Hag after Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, Raphael Varane, Mason Mount, Amad Diallo, Thomas Heaton and Sofyan Amrabat.
Reporting from the club’s official website, Tuesday (19/9/2023), Wan-Bissaka suffered an injury when he came on as a substitute in the 85th minute to replace Sergio Reguilon when his team lost 1-3 to Brighton & Hove Albion in the 2023 Premier League. /2024 at Old Trafford, Saturday (16/9).

“Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be out for some time after suffering an injury in the final stages of Saturday’s match against Brighton & Hove Albion,” wrote Man United on their official website.

Regarding Wan-Bissaka’s long absence, the club estimates that the former Crystal Palace player will be absent for several weeks.
“Further assessment will be required to determine how long Wan-Bissaka will be out, but initial indications suggest it will take several weeks,” said Manchester United.
This season, of the Reds Devils’ four matches before meeting The Seagulls, Wan-Bissaka has always appeared since the early minutes with a total of 336 minutes played, as reported by Transfermarkt.
