RIYADH – Cristiano Ronaldo was the star when Al Nassr won over Al Raed with a score of 4-1. The match entitled Saudi Arabian League 2023/2024 will take place at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium, Saturday (16/9/2023) local time.
The match started with moderate intensity as both teams tried to understand the opponent’s playing patterns. Despite creating opportunities, the first goal only came in the 45th minute through Sadio Mane, giving Al Nassr the lead after Bandar Wahishi from the home team received a red card at the end of the first half.

In the second half, Al Nassr doubled their lead in the 49th minute through a goal from Anderson Talisca, who used a pass from Sultan Al-Ghanam. This lead was not enough for Al Nassr, and Cristiano Ronaldo scored in the 78th minute.
Al Raed managed to reduce the deficit through Mohammed Faouzair’s goal, but Al Nassr’s more solid defense prevented a comeback attempt. Cristiano Ronaldo scored his second goal in the 90th minute. The final score of the match was 4-1 for Al Nassr.
