Suara Sumatra – Police arrested MAA alias Amin (38), a man who took away junior high school students in Tebing Tinggi, North Sumatra (North Sumatra). MAA is the former affair of the victim’s mother.
He was arrested on the Riau-Jambi Cross Road, precisely in Selensen Village, Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, Sunday 10 September 2023.
“MAA was taken into custody along with the victim on the bus,” said Head of Public Relations of the Tebing Tinggi Police, AKP Agus Arianto, as reported by Suarasumut.id, Saturday (16/9/2023).
At that time the victim and perpetrator wanted to go to Newsdelivers.com after the case went viral. However, the police finally arrested the victim and perpetrator.

“Hearing the viral news, on September 9 2023 the perpetrator intended to take the victim to Newsdelivers.com and immediately ordered a bus ticket,” he said.
After being secured, said Agus, MAA was then taken to the Tebing Tinggi Police to undergo examination. Meanwhile, the victim was handed over to his family.
“Currently the perpetrator is languishing in the Tebing Tinggi Police detention cell,” he said.
It was reported that a junior high school student in Tebing Tinggi was taken away by his mother’s ex-mistress. This case emerged after it went viral on social media (social media).
A man called the victim’s father with the initials AD (30) made a video asking President Jokowi and the National Police Chief for help.

This video was uploaded by the Tiktok account @adi.bangsawan. In the video AD says that his daughter was taken away since January 2023.
“He has been holding my child for 8 months. Please help Mr President Jokowi, Mr National Police Chief. I have reported this to the Tebing Tinggi Police in January 2023. I ask him to be arrested immediately, sir, I don’t know where my child is now, dead or alive, sir,” he said.
