LINIMASA – Left wing defender for the Indonesian National Team, Pratama Arhan is famous for his ability to throw the ball long distances.
It is not uncommon for Arhan’s throws to endanger the opponent’s defense because the ball almost matches the speed of the corner kick.
Recently, the captain of the Indonesian National Team, Asnawi Mangkualam, revealed the secret behind Pratama Arhan’s ability to throw the ball out.
According to the Jeonnam Dragons right-back, Pratama Arhan has a natural talent for throwing long distances.

Asnawi said he had learned from Pratama Arhan to be able to throw long distances, but this ended up being in vain.
“So I often ask what the technique is (throwing the ball out long distance) but it’s difficult because of natural talent,” said Asnawi in a chat on the Sport77 Official YouTube channel podcast broadcast on Thursday (14/9/2023).
The player from Makassar admitted that he had learned long distance throwing techniques. However, what he got was not the ability to throw, but instead he experienced soreness in his arm.
“I studied with Arhan, but my hand sprained after a week of massage because of studying,” he said.
As a result, Asnawi stopped being able to throw the ball out long distance like Pratama Arhan was so skilled at doing.
