JAKARTA – It is important to understand how to track fraudster numbers to prevent becoming a victim. The reason is, fraud is increasingly common. Even the methods used by fraudsters vary.
The fraudulent mode can be in the name of an agency, company or even pretending to be an acquaintance. Not a few people are fooled by the tricks carried out by fraudsters.
In order to avoid cases of fraud, it would be best to be careful. There are several ways to track fraudster numbers, summarized from various sources, Friday (15/9/2023).
1. Tracking with the Getcontact Application
– Download the Getcontact application
– Register, then accept the permission request from Getcontact
– In the number search column, when the number you want to search for its identity then click OK
– After that, the name and status of the phone number you are looking for appears
2. Tracking with Truecaller
– Open the truecaller.com page
– Login using a Google or Microsoft account
– In the search field, enter the number
– Wait a few moments until Truecaller displays the number owner data
3. Track Credibly
– Open the website kredibel.com/search/phone
– In the search field, enter the number and click the search button
– Next you will get information about that number
4. Tracking with the Show Caller Application
– Download the Show Caller application
– Enter the number you are looking for
– Wait until the identification process is complete
– Later information regarding the number will appear
– There are notes left by previous users regarding the number searched.
