On the second day of the Hong Kong Open 2023, Wednesday (13/9), which was played at the Hong Kong Coliseum, Kowloon, ten Indonesian representatives competed and three of them lost.
Starting from Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo who had to admit the superiority of Wang Tzu Wei from Taiwan with two straight games 15-21, 15-21.
Followed by the mixed doubles pair Praven Jordan/Melati Daeva Oktavianti who lost to Hiroki Midorikawa/Natsu Saito from Japan with a score of 12-21, 16-21.
And finally Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja who had to lift their suitcases early after losing to Thom Gicquel/Delphine Delrue with a score of 18-21,20-22
