Suara.com – Police arrested the perpetrator of sexual harassment against underage girls on Jalan Kp. Salo, North Kembangan, Kembangan, West Newsdelivers.com. The perpetrator is known every day as a round tofu trader.
“The perpetrator is a man selling round tofu with the initials AR (26) whose address is Jalan Jembatan Gantung Gg. Smile Rt.009/006, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, West Newsdelivers.com. Meanwhile, the victim is a girl with the initials AQ (5) who comes from “Jalan Kp. Salo, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, West Newsdelivers.com,” said West Newsdelivers.com Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head, Police Commissioner Andri Kurniawan in his statement, Wednesday (6/9/2023).
He explained that at the beginning of the incident, the victim told his parents that on August 21 2023, at around 18.00 WIB, when the victim bought round tofu, the reported person grabbed and pulled the victim’s hand to the victim’s left.
Then, said Andri, the perpetrator sexually assaulted the victim.

“The victim then cried and complained about the reported actions to his parents (the victim’s mother),” said Andri.
Next, the reporter as the parent of the victim reported the incident to the West Newsdelivers.com Metro Police for further processing.
The police finally succeeded in arresting the AR perpetrator on Jalan Kp. Salo, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, West Newsdelivers.com on Monday (28/7) at around 18.00 WIB.
For his actions, the perpetrator was charged under Article 82 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Republic of Indonesia Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. (Source: Antara)
