Reporting from the official BPJS Employment website, Job Loss Guarantee (JKP) is a guarantee given to workers/laborers who experience termination of employment in the form of cash benefits, access to job market information and job training.
The aim of the JKP program is to maintain a decent standard of living when workers lose their jobs. Workers can meet the basic needs of a decent life when risks arise due to termination of employment while trying to get work again, Beauties.
Benefits in the form of cash are received by participants every month for a maximum of 6 months, after workers who have been laid off are verified by BPJS Employment and qualify as JKP benefit recipients.
There are several benefits obtained from JKP in the form of cash, access to job information, and job training.
Cash benefits are provided in the amount of (45% x wages x 3 months) + (25% x wages x 3 months). The wages used are the last wages reported, with a wage limit of IDR 5 million.
In order for participants to get this benefit, if they are laid off, participants must immediately submit a layoff report. Submission is no later than 3 months after being laid off, after that the JKP benefits will be forfeited. In fact, not only individual participants report layoffs but companies must also report layoffs to the Ready to Work portal.
Access to job information will be provided in the form of job market information services and/or job guidance in the form of self-assessment and career counseling.
Meanwhile, job training will be based on job competency. Job training is carried out through government, private or company-owned job training institutions. (can be held online and/or offline).

The JKP program is intended for the Wage Earner segment such as office workers and factory workers who meet the following criteria:
Indonesian citizen. Have not reached the age of 54 years when registered as a participant. Workers at PK/BU Medium and Large Scale Enterprises who have participated in 4 Programs (JKK, JKM, JHT, and JP). Workers at Small and Micro Scale PK/BU with at least 3 programs (JKK, JKM and JHT). Registered as a Wage Receiving Worker with the JKN BPJS Health Program Business Entity.
Those who do not meet the criteria for JKP beneficiaries are:

There are several procedures that must be carried out to withdraw JKP from BPJS Employment.
First, workers can report layoffs in the following way:
To be able to submit a Job Loss Guarantee (JKP) claim, participants are required to have a READY TO WORK account. Participants can access it on the jasakerja.kemnaker.go.id page
Select the Submit Claim menu. Complete personal data, accounts and sign the KAPK letter on the Ready to Work portal. Data Validation by BPJS Employment. Get an email notification that JKP benefits are being processed and waiting for payment. JKP benefits go into the participant’s account.
How to claim JKP from BPJS Employment for the second to sixth months:
Carry out a self-assessment on the Ready to Work portal, at jasakerja.kemnaker.go.id Apply for a job (At least 5 different companies or 1 company that has had an interview process on the SiapKerja portal). Attend Counseling. Participate in Job Training according to the recommendations of inter-work officers between the 2nd – 5th month period. (Minimum attendance is 80 percent). Submit a claim for the following month according to the date stated in your SiapKerja account. JKP benefits go into the participant’s account.
