1. Torn Pants
Through her personal Twitter account, Iggy Azalea apologized to her fans for not finishing the show.
Iggy Azalea said one of the reasons her performance was stopped was because her pants were torn.
“Saudi Arabia you need to know that at the event I loved you! I’m sorry I wasn’t allowed to finish the show,” tweeted Iggy Azalea.
“We all wanted to continue, but were not allowed by the authorities because my trousers were torn,” he explained.
2. Controversial Iggy Azalea Song Lyrics and Sayings
Apart from the torn pants incident, another thing that caused Iggy Azalea to be dismissed was her controversial remarks.
While performing the song Goddess, Iggy Azalea exclaimed, “Scream, this is a woman’s world!”
According to Middle East Eye, Iggy’s performance when singing Goddess was considered to be degrading Islamic religious values because the lyrics were considered insulting to the prophets.
Iggy Azalea then assumed that her words were also one of the reasons why her performance was stopped.
“I’ve (changed my pants), but I also said ‘ladies, scream, this is a woman’s world!’ “This seems to have overwhelmed the authorities,” wrote Iggy Azalea.
