Suara.com – Muhaimin Iskandar, who has just accepted the NasDem Party’s application to accompany presidential candidate (candidate) Anies Baswedan to run in the 2024 presidential election, has the potential to be questioned by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
This possibility was expressed by the Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Asep Guntur Rahayu, in the context of an investigation into alleged corruption in the procurement of the Indonesian labor protection system at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) in 2012.
Asep said that the option to summon Cak Imin was carried out because the alleged corruption case occurred during the PKB politician’s time as Minister of Manpower.
“So we of course carry out an inspection according to the tempus (time of the incident, ed.), when it happened. So we get a report and the report is followed up and then adjusted according to the tempus when. Apart from Muhaimin, there are also a number of officials within the Ministry of Manpower who have the potential to be investigated.
“It is possible for us to ask for information from all officials at Tempus. Why? Because we have to get as clear information as possible,” he said.
For your information, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named three suspects in the investigation into the alleged corruption case in the procurement of the TKI protection system at the Ministry of Manpower in 2012.

Ali also confirmed when confirmed that the parties named as suspects consisted of two state civil servants (ASN) and one private party.
