Beauties, do any of you like the Japanese manga or animation entitled One Piece? If so, the sign is that you have to get ready now because the live-action release of the popular manga is arriving. Yup, the live-action One Piece has been confirmed to be one of the Netflix series which will air on August 31.
Before officially watching it on Netflix, there’s no harm in first seeing the synopsis and cast list for this series. The following is a summary of information especially for you!

Quoted via the official Netflix page, the live-action One Piece will focus on the adventures of Luffy the pirate and his crew. The synopsis for this One Piece series is described in the words, “With a straw hat and an eccentric crew, young pirate Monkey D. Luffy goes on an epic voyage in search of treasure in this live-action adaptation of the popular manga.”
Furthermore, through the live-action One Piece, viewers will be invited to follow the story of a group of young pirates who call themselves the Straw Hat Crew. They will sail across the ocean to find a mysterious treasure known as One Piece.
Instead of just meeting the vast ocean and strong winds, they actually had to face a dangerous enemy. Will they succeed in conquering their mission?

Not only does it present an interesting storyline to follow, the live-action One Piece also presents a line-up of players that is no less impressive, Beauties. Like the manga version, there will be five main characters featured in this live-action. They are none other than Monkey D. Luffy, Nami, Roronoa Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp.
A number of artists from various countries were chosen to play these characters. For example, there is a Mexican actor named Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, an American actress named Emily Rudd as Nami, a Japanese actor named Mackenyu Arata as Zoro, a Spanish-English actor named Taz Skylar as Sanji, and an American actor named Jaco Gibson as Usopp.
Not only the five stars, there are a number of other artists who are taking part in this live-action. As quoted from the official Netflix Tudum page, there will be Vincent Regan, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Morgan Davies, Aidan Scott, Langley Kirkwood, Jeff Ward, Celeste Loots, Alexander Maniatis, McKinley Belcher III, Craig Fairbrass, Steven Ward, and Chioma Umeala.

The manga version is very popular throughout the world, making the live-action of One Piece highly anticipated by fans. Eiichiro Oda as the original creator of One Piece also spoke, Beauties. Still quoted from the same source, Oda wrote a letter to his fans.
Through this letter, the 48-year-old manga creator expressed his delight at the enthusiasm expressed by fans regarding the live-action of One Piece. It didn’t stop there, he also couldn’t wait for the viewers’ reactions when they watched it later.
