WASHINGTON – A Los Angeles, United States (US) meteorologist suddenly fainted during a live television broadcast in a shocking moment on Saturday morning local time.

CBS Los Angeles female co-anchor for the weather report, Alissa Carlson Schwartz, had just delivered the weather report at 7 a.m. when her face turned white and leaned forward nervously at her desk.

Schwartz tried to calm himself, but suddenly his eyes rolled into the back of his head.

He slowly slumped forward until his head almost hit the table.

His partners Nichelle Medina and Rachel Kim didn’t notice at first.

After a few seconds, Kim went “oh!” and Medina telling viewers “We’re going to take a little break now.”

“Yeah,” Kim agreed, as the network cut to a commercial.

Based on the TMZ report, quoted from the New York Post, Sunday (19/3/2023), that morning’s program did not return to the live broadcast segment.

Schwartz later posted on Facebook at around 2:30 p.m. local time that he was “going to be fine!” and thanked friends and viewers for the well wishes.
