Arema FC vs Persikabo 1973: Mission of the Padjadjaran Warriors to Continue the Winning Trend

PURWASUKA – Persikabo 1973 hopes to continue the winning momentum when they travel to Arema FC headquarters, in the continuation of Week 31 of BRI League 1 2022/2023 at PTIK Stadium, Jakarta, Sunday (19/3) afternoon WIB.

Previously, Laskar Padjadjaran succeeded in winning a narrow 1-0 win over RANS Nusantara FC. That was what coach Aidil Sharin Sahak used as the main capital, to get three points again.

Facing Arema, Aidil reminded the players to concentrate fully and strengthen their mentality to compete. Because according to him, even though Persikabo’s position in the standings is better, Singo Crazy has quality players that are evenly distributed on every line.

“Now we can continue the momentum we are going through. This is a new game, the important thing is we have to focus, be strong mentally, because we know Arema is a good team, we respect them. But later we will fight with 100 percent, so God willing, the players will give their best,” said Aidil.

“Arema is a compact team, not just one or two players. We have to focus, they are a squad that plays together. The important thing is that Persikabo has to focus on our game, not on the opponent. We have to control the game and follow the game plan we want,” continued this man from Singapore.

A similar sentiment was conveyed by winger Komarodin, who called Arema a quality team. However, he emphasized that all Persikabo players will fight their best to bring home the three points.

“Of course as players, we are ready and Arema is a good team and there are a lot of good players. Of course we will try our best, concentrate, fight it out to get three points,” said Komarodin. ***
