Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un, wa inna ila rabbina lamunqalibun, allahummaktubhu ‘indaka fil muhsinin, waj’al kitabahu fi ‘illiyyiin, wakhlufhu fi ahlihi fil ghabirin, wa la tahrimnaa ajrahu wala taftinna ba’dahu.

Meaning: Verily we belong to God and to Him we return. And indeed to our Lord we return. Ya Allah, write him by your side among the good people. Make a note of it in ‘illiyyin. Replace him in his family from those who left. Do not forbid us its reward and do not slander us afterwards.
