LAVENZA – MotoGP 2023 will start towards the end of this month or on March 26. Johann Zarco is believed to be able to break the curse by winning his first victory in the motor racing event.

This prediction was stated by Pramac Ducati Manager, Gino Borsoi. He believes Zarco will stand on the highest podium for the first time in MotoGP this season. He considered his men to be talented racers.

Zarco was one of the great racers when he moved up to the premier class in the 2017 season. He was the Moto2 champion twice in a row in 2015 and 2016.

It’s just that, until his sixth season in MotoGP in 2022, the French rider still hasn’t tasted victory. Even though he has ridden motorbikes with four different brands, namely Yamaha, KTM, Honda and now Ducati.

His achievement so far is collecting 15 podiums from the 104 races he has participated in. Meanwhile in MotoGP 2022, the 32-year-old racer finished eighth in the final standings. He pocketed 166 points with four podiums.

However, Borsoi, who just became his manager earlier this year, believes Zarco will get his first win in MotoGP this season. According to him, he is a talented racer.

“I think he really has the skills to win not just one race but several races.

“He is talented. Last year he showed that at the start of the season,” continued Borsoi as quoted by Speedweek.

Borsoi believes that Zarco must get everything he needs from his team so he can perform consistently throughout the season. He is optimistic that this newly started cooperation will produce something positive.
