PEKALONGAN – A total of 16 national billiards have qualified for the next round after eliminating their opponents on the second day of the POBSI Pool Circuit 2023 Series I Pekalongan. On the second day, 32 billiards took part at Merdeka Pool and Lounge, Pekalongan, Wednesday (8/3/2023).

Players from SV Jatim Iwan A and Ponco (Satria) made sure to advance to the next round after picking up two wins in Pool E. Meanwhile, Sohung (Carabao) and Imunk were also able to return to competition despite having suffered one defeat.

In Pool F, Hanafi from the Mantra club advanced to the next round after winning two consecutive wins. He won easily in the second match over Agus with a 7-0 victory.

Hanafi was not alone in competing in the next round of Pool F. He was accompanied by Andri (JRX) who also won two consecutive wins. Meanwhile, Edo (Labewa Club) and I Komang (SV East Java) escaped from the double elimination system.

Meanwhile, Yoni R from the Merdeka club also qualified after picking up two wins in Pool G. Fikri from the Esbe club also qualified with two consecutive wins.

Meanwhile, Irsal N from club Esbe was able to defeat Rizhka from club Merdeka (7-4) in the first match in Pool H. After that, Rizhka was eliminated after suffering a second defeat against Edward (JRX).

Irsal who also managed to get two wins directly managed to move on to the next round. Kamal from the Merdeka club was able to achieve a similar result, who successfully defeated William Tan (7-6) and Andika (7-4).
