Official! Agnes Gracia Detained for the Next 7 Days, Follows Mario Dandy

Fresh.voice.com – Head of General Crime Directorate (Dirkrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi, provides the latest information regarding the investigation into the case of Agnes Gracia (AG) who was involved in the case of violence against Cristalino David Ozora, the son of a GP Ansor administrator.

Pol Kombes Hengki Haryadi said that his party would detain Agnes for 7 days at the Social Welfare Administration Institution (LPKS), which is a child in conflict with the law.

“We, PPA investigators from the Renakta Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, have carried out examinations of children in conflict with the law, or perpetrators on behalf of AG,” said Hengki while giving a press statement at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday (8/3/2023).

According to him, the investigators had examined AG for 6 hours, and would consider his comfort in the detention. If necessary, AG’s detention can be extended to eight days by the prosecutor’s office. Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi gave this statement in a press conference at Polda Metro Jaya on March 8, 2023.

“Later, we will also carry out AG’s detention at the Social Welfare Organizing Institution for 7 days. This is for investigation and if possible later this is not enough, the prosecutor’s office will extend his detention to eight days,” he continued.
