Zelensky: If Russia takes Bakhmut, it opens the way to occupy eastern Ukraine

“We understand that after Bakhmut they can go further. They can go to Kramatorsk, to Sloviansk, it would be an open road for the Russians after Bakhmut to other cities in Ukraine, in the direction of Donetsk,” the Ukrainian leader told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer in an exclusive interview from Kiev.
