Materials:
– 6 pieces of cabbage, roughly chopped
– 200 gr long beans, cut into medium size
– 3 red onions
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 segments of turmeric
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– A pinch of pepper
– 2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
How to make:
1. Blend turmeric, shallots, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Then heat it in a skillet.
2. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant, then add the cabbage and long beans.
3. Add salt, sugar, pepper and mix well.
4. Cook until the vegetables are well mixed with the ground spices and cooked.
