Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of long beans, chopped
– 4 pindang fish, fried
– 8 bird’s eye chilies
– 2 curly red chilies
– 1 large green chili
– 4 red onions, sliced
– 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
– Enough water
– Sugar
– Broth powder
– Garam
– Sweet soy sauce
How to make:
1. Sauté all the onions and chilies until fragrant. Add long beans and enough water. Stir well and let stand until half cooked.
2. Enter the fried fish. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and broth powder to taste. Stir and check the taste, then let stand for a while until the flavors meld.
