Ingredients:
– Eggplant, burned
– 200 ml thick coconut milk
– 15 red curly chilies, boiled
– 8 shallots, sliced
– 1 lime
How to make:
1. Grind the chilies that have been boiled until slightly smooth. Add salt to taste and lime juice.
2. Heat the coconut milk, then mix the spices that have been mashed, then add the sliced onions. Stir well, then pour into the grilled eggplant.
