It is known, the budget is used to prevent cybercrime.
Hearing the issue, Rocky Gerung was suspicious of the sudden increase in the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) budget.
The political observer was suspicious because Bjorka disappeared after the BSSN budget increased by Rp. 624 billion.
Rocky Gerung then suspected that Bjorka was an institution, not an individual. The hacker figure was deliberately offered to divert public opinion.
Because the appearance of Bjorka some time ago made BSSN’s budget rise drastically to reach Rp 624 billion.

But after the budget was increased, Bjorka actually disappeared and did not make a fuss anymore.
Rocky said that the public finally suspected that Bjorka was an institution because he disappeared after the BSSN budget increased.
According to him, Bjorka is an institution that was thrown to divert public opinion.
When Bjorka appeared, the public was facing an increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM).
“Bjorka is not a person, Bjorka is an institution. People think that the institution means that he is officially offered to divert public opinion,” said Rocky on his YouTube channel on Wednesday (28/9/2022).
“But when it was right where the budget for the security sector was, then we met our assumption with politics that the DPR has finally officially increased the budget,” he continued.
