This number increased from previous reports that 9 people died in the incident.
Russia’s Investigative Committee said the male suspect was wearing a ski mask and a black T-shirt bearing the Nazi symbol.
Officials say the suspect died by suicide after the attack and his identity is currently being established.

At least seven of the dead were students at School Number 88 in the city of more than 600,000 people.
“Two security guards and several teachers were also killed,” the Investigative Committee said.
The attack has left 21 people injured, including 14 children, according to the agency.

“The suspect was armed with two non-lethal pistols which had been converted to fire live ammunition,” said Russian lawmaker Aleksandr Khinshtein.
