SuaraCianjur.id- The Attorney General’s Office is still studying the case files of the suspects in the premeditated murder of Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat.
The results of the examination of the case files for Ferdy Sambo and four other suspects will be announced on Thursday (29/9/2022), whether they are complete or not.
“I will update Thursday afternoon,” said the head of the AGO’s Legal Information Center, Ketut Sumedana, when confirmed, Monday (26/9/2022) as quoted from Suara.com.
In the case of premeditated murder, the Bareskrim Polri investigators have named five suspects, namely Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bharada E alias Richard Eliezer, Bripka RR alias Ricky Rizal, and KM alias Strong Maruf.

The case files of the suspects have been transferred to the Attorney General’s Office for two times by the Bareskrim Polri investigators. At the first transfer, the file was not declared complete.
According to the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Headquarters, Inspector General Pol Dedi Prasetyo, he had said that there would be good news from the AGO this week regarding the filing process for the suspects in the murder of Brigadier J.
He also expressed his appreciation to the AGO, which continues to work in a marathon and coordinate with the investigators. This is done to complete the case file for Ferdy Sambo cs.
“I heard that even on holidays they work to communicate intensely with investigators. God willing, hopefully everything will be smooth and next week we can get good news. Because I don’t want to precede what will be conveyed by the Attorney General,” said Inspector General Pol Dedi to journalists, Friday (23/9) yesterday.
Meanwhile, according to the chairman of Indonesia Police Watch (IPW), Sugeng Teguh Santoso, he had mentioned the fate of Ferdy Sambo, who may be free by law, if his detention period is over, before the case file is declared complete or P21 by the Attorney General’s Office.

According to him, Ferdy Sambo’s detention period is 120 days, since he was named a suspect on August 9, 2022.
“Sambo’s detention period is 120 days since he was detained. If 120 days have passed, then if Sambo is incomplete, he will be released or released by law from detention, the case is still ongoing,” said Sugeng quoting Suara.com, Monday (26/26/2020). 9/2022).
Sugeng believes that the case files for Ferdy Sambo and the others can be completed and declared complete before the suspects’ detention period ends.
“If the prosecutor returns again in 14 days plus 85 days, then they are asked to complete the police, they only have 35 days left. I think before 120 days this file will be P21,” he explained.
