Depok.suara.com – Aged striker Cristiano Ronaldo is likely to be allowed to leave this summer’s transfer window by Premier League side Manchester United.
Quoted ANTARA from Sky Sports, Wednesday (17/8/2022), the decision to release Ronaldo can be implemented if coach Erik ten Hag wants and supports this step for the sustainability of Manchester United.
It is thought that Ronaldo’s next goals if he leaves Manchester United are Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, but senior figures from both clubs do not support the move to land the 37-year-old player.
But so far, Manchester United are still in their previous attitude not to let Cristiano Ronaldo go, especially the Portuguese player still has a contract at Old Trafford until the end of this season and an option to extend it by one year.

In recent times, it has been reported that Cristiano Ronaldo’s desire to leave Manchester United has resurfaced, especially since the Red Devils have always lost in their first two matches in the Premier League this season.
Ronaldo looks frustrated with Manchester United’s form so far as they lost 2-1 to Brighton and Hove Albion at Old Trafford two weeks ago and lost 4-0 to Brentford last week.
Since the opening of the transfer window this summer, the 37-year-old has reportedly wanted to leave Manchester United and play for a club that has featured in the Champions League.
Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Manchester United at the start of the 2021/22 season having previously enjoyed success with Real Madrid and Juventus in the 12 years since leaving Old Trafford in the summer of 2009.
Last season, Ronaldo became an important part of Manchester United by making 39 appearances and contributing 24 goals and three assists in all competitions.
