Moeldoko said that the government has never changed regarding the settlement of Brigadier J .’s case

Moeldoko then stated that there would be no wild issues. So the president’s order is clear.
“So that it doesn’t happen, it becomes an issue that goes here and there. So the president’s order is clear,” he said.
Previously reported, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said that there was no possibility of criminal proceedings related to the examination of 25 personnel by the Special Inspectorate team in the shooting case of Brigadier J.
The examination of the 25 personnel, regarding the alleged violation of the code of ethics when handling the crime scene (TKP) at the home of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
“Of course, if a criminal process is needed, we will process the crime in question,” said Listyo Sigit, Thursday (4/8/2022).
In fact, the former Police Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit admitted that he would issue a special Secret Telegram, issued for the mutation process.
“Tonight, I’m going to the Secret Telegram family specifically for mutations,” he said.
Listyo Sigit said the Irsus team led by Irwasum Polri, Komjen Agung Budi Maryanto was still conducting the process of examining 25 personnel.
The examination was carried out regarding his unprofessional handling at the crime scene at Ferdy Sambo’s official residence.
