Deli.Suara.com – The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Region I Medan issued a weather forecast for the North Sumatra (North Sumatra) region, Saturday 6 August 2022.
Today the weather conditions are generally cloudy, but there is still a chance for light to moderate rain at night.
“In the morning it is estimated that the weather conditions in North Sumatra are generally cloudy,” said Medan BMKG forecaster Budi Prasetyo.
He said the air temperature ranged from 15 to 33 degrees Celsius with a maximum wind speed of 20 km/hour.
“During the day, the weather conditions are predicted to be cloudy, and there is still a chance for light rain to occur in the Stabat, Lubuk Pakam, Sei Rampah, Lima Puluh, Binjai Kota and Tebing Tinggi areas,” said Budi.
Entering the evening, BMKG predicts rainy weather conditions will occur in a number of areas in North Sumatra.
“Rain at night is expected to occur in Medan City, Binjai City, Kabanjahe, Stabat, Lubuk Pakam,” he explained.
Then rain at night is also likely to occur in Kisaran, Rantauprapat, Tebing Tinggi, Aek Kanopan and Tanjung Balai.
