– 200 grams jengkol
– Eggplant
– Green chili
Ground spices:
– 3 red onions
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 10 cayenne pepper
– 3 red chilies
– 2 tomatoes
– Salt to taste
– Adequate flavoring
How to make:
1. Peel the jengkol skin, wash the eggplant and jengkol until clean, slice according to taste, fry the jengkol and eggplant, set aside.
