The team nicknamed The Silver Arrows seems to be having a hard time again. This can be seen from the results of the Miami GP F1 qualification which took place at the Miami International Autodrome, Sunday (8/5/2022) early in the morning WIB.

As a result, Hamilton had to settle for starting the race from sixth position and his teammate George Russell in 12th place. Meanwhile, Scuderia Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc took the pole position.
Despite starting the race from sixth position, Hamilton admitted that the W-13 car was better than the previous races. However, he reminded his team that there was still much to be done.
“The qualifying session was much better than I’ve had over the last few races, so I’m grateful for that to be honest,” Hamilton said. Planet F1, Sunday (8/5/2022).
“We have to keep improving because there is so much amazing work going on in the background, everyone is working really hard.”
Although judging that the W13 car is better, Hamilton claims that Mercedes is still not making progress as targeted. The British racer hopes The Silver Arrows immediately get out of the predicament they are facing.
“But I don’t think we are moving forward at the desired level. I think it’s similar to the start of the year so we just have to keep our heads down, keep working, stay focused, keep improving until we finally get there.”
The plan, the Formula 1 race at the 2022 Miami GP will take place Monday (9/5/2022) early in the morning Indonesian time. The start is scheduled to be held at 02.30 WIB.
