In the final round which was played on Thursday (11/25/2021) this afternoon, the two golfers outperformed their competitors to become the winning pair of this junior competition. Randy ensured his victory after scoring a total score of 217 or one over par. While Bianca came out as the winner with a total score of 225 or nine over par.

Randy’s victory, even though it had been seen since the beginning of the finals, he had to go through with extraordinary struggles. Playing even par thanks to a bogey and a birdie on his first nine holes, he cemented his position as a potential champion after birding a birdie on the par 5 13 hole.
Disaster had approached when he was forced to record a triple bogey on the 15th hole. And even though he had to finish the match with a bogey, he ultimately came out victorious because his score was three strokes better than Rayhan Abdul Latief, who became his closest competitor this week.
“Up to hole 15, actually I still felt confident to play under par, but at par 3 hole 15 I actually got a triple bogey on that hole,” said Randy after the match. “I’m happy to win this event, even though my game actually still needs to be improved,” he continued.
Different from the men’s group, the competition in the women’s group was very exciting. Rayi Geulis Zullandari, who has led since the first two rounds, managed to maintain his position after playing 1-over on the first nine holes, which today was played from the 10th hole. This is because his two closest competitors, Bianca Naomi Amina Laksono and Sania Talita Wahyudi, are athletes Ciputra Golfpreneur Foundation , also played with the same score.
The direction of the game began to change as Bianca and Sania both put in impressive performances on their last nine holes. Two bogeys on holes 4 and 5 practically dashed Rayi’s hopes of winning. Sania had the upper hand after posting birdies on hole 1 and 3 with a bogey on hole 2, until finally Bianca got a birdie on hole 4 so both of them had to compete for the top position.
The win finally went to Bianca after her best friend stumbled on the 8th hole and had to get a triple bogey on the 9th hole. Despite recording a bogey on the last hole, she secured a one-stroke victory over Sania and Rayi. “I am happy, of course I am very happy because I can win this event. There’s a slight feeling that I’m going to win, but I don’t want to get my hopes up and try to play my best,” said Bianca.
