The statement was made by Ambassador (Ambassador) Rachmat Budiman when meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade of Thailand Jurin Laksanawisit on September 27, 2021 in Bangkok.
The Indonesian Ambassador explained that the two countries must take advantage of various opportunities in these areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, the two parties also discussed various challenges and obstacles faced in efforts to increase cooperation in the three fields.

The Indonesian Ambassador encouraged Thai entrepreneurs to increase trade and investment cooperation in various fields, including in the fisheries sector, horticulture, as well as the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure.

In this regard, Thai entrepreneurs can take advantage of various conveniences in the investment process in Indonesia with the enactment of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.
