Prasetio was judged to have violated the rules he made himself. The seven factions that rejected the use of the interpellation rights consisted of Gerindra, Democrat, PKS, Golkar, NasDem, PAN, and PKB-PPP.
Representatives of the seven factions, as Deputy Chair of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the Gerindra faction, Mohamad Taufik said Prasetio in the Deliberative Body (Bamus) meeting Monday (27/9/2021) morning had taken actions that violated the rules.
Taufik explained that in the Bamus meeting, there was no agenda to discuss the scheduling of Anies’ interpellation. However, suddenly Prasetyo slipped an additional agenda, namely the scheduling of Anies’ interpellation plenary meeting.
