“Watching sports at PON is cool if you wear a mask. You are not cool if you don’t wear a mask. Remember, we are still in the Covid pandemic,” said Prasinta, quoted from the official page of PON Papua, Sunday (26/9/2021).
“So what we are worried about is the fear that there will be a PON cluster. For that, we take care of each other, remind each other and invite all people to wear the right masks. Sometimes we are already euphoric, we forget to use it but it is lowered to the chin. This is what we did not expect, “said Prasinta.

According to Prasinta, he and his team came to Papua to provide education and socialization on the importance of wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. It assesses the implementation MON in the Mimika cluster, especially in the Futsal Sport in Mimika Regency which took place on Saturday (24/09/2021) it was going well according to the prokes.
“Most of them already wear masks, some forget, don’t wear masks, some put it on their chin. Now, this is just a little bit, and there will be more sports that will be held, lest they even forget in the midst of euphoria,” he said.
During the implementation of the XX Papua PON, BNPB distributed 1.4 million masks for the four PON 2021 organizing clusters. The types of masks distributed were cloth masks, washable cloth masks, and medical masks, all of which had the PON XX Papua logo.
