But apparently, long before planning a series of wedding events, Ria Ricis had already run a diet program in order to get a slim body. In a podcast on Sule’s YouTube channel, Oki Setiana Dewi’s younger sister explained the diet she was following.

The strict but still healthy diet that he applied, succeeded in making his weight down 10 kg in three months. Now, Ria Ricis, who has got her ideal weight, continues to regulate her diet and exercise to keep her weight balanced.

1. Don’t eat rice.

Often getting unpleasant comments from netizens because her body is considered fat, Ria Ricis is then determined to go on a diet. For the purpose of losing weight, Ria Ricis admitted that she did not consume rice at all in the first three months. As a result, he also managed to lose 10 kg of weight for three months.

“Ricis’s diet does not eat rice, no carbohydrates at all in the first three months, but now it’s been reduced,” explained Ricis.

2. Sports.

Going on a diet is not just about maintaining or reducing food intake. To get maximum results, it also needs to be balanced with regular exercise. In addition to reducing rice, Ria Ricis also balances her efforts by exercising.

Ricis admitted, this method is the key to his success in losing weight. During the first three months, Ria Ricis was never absent from doing sports. One of the sports he does is horse riding.

“I used to do three consecutive sports every day. Until I was willing to take time off, it’s okay not to work to focus on sports. Because I really want to lose weight,” he said.

3. Eat fruit before bed.

Not only reducing the consumption of carbohydrates, Ria Ricis also controls her sugar intake. Therefore, he does not eat fruit that contains a lot of water and sugar. This 1995-born YouTuber admits that he only eats dragon fruit before going to bed. It also makes digestion smoother.

4. Drink lots of white water.

5. Eat rice again with strict rules.

Even though she has got the ideal weight, Ria Ricis is still following her diet pattern to maintain an ideal appearance. No longer avoiding rice, Ria Ricis admits that she has returned to consuming carbs, but with strict rules.

It can’t be done every day, Ria Ricis, who is still on a diet program to maintain her weight, only consumes rice once a week. He also became addicted to running a healthy lifestyle.

“No rice, not in the first three months, after that you just eat but reduce it like once a week you just eat,” he explained.
