Bagnaia has two days of official tests MotoGP in Misano by riding a Desmosedici GP 21 motorbike. Of course Bagnaia’s fate is very different from what the Honda and Yamaha riders felt, because the two Japanese factory teams issued their 2022 edition motorbikes to be tested at the Misano Circuit.

The Honda and Yamaha riders seemed happy to know what the shortcomings and strengths of the 2022 motorcycle prototype they will use next season. With that test, they can fix any problems that exist in the team’s newest bike.
Obviously Honda and Yamaha are very lucky to be able to test their new bike. Interestingly, all the advantages of Honda and Yamaha did not make Bagnaia jealous at all.

The racer nicknamed Pecco believes that Ducati must be preparing the best bike for him and Jack Miller next season. Bganaia also believes the Desmosedici GP 22 will be very competitive because he knows very well how hard Ducati has worked to have such a powerful bike.
So, not being able to try the 2022 bike in the Misano test is not a big problem for Bagnaia. He is not worried at all because he is very confident that the Ducati bike will have a big improvement from the 2021 edition.
“I’m not worried, I know how hard Ducati is working. I’m sure our bike will be very competitive and strong once it’s ready. Moreover, every time we have something new, so if we can’t test the 2022 bike yet, that’s okay,” said Bagnaia, quoted from Speedweek, Wednesday (22/9/2021).
