Newsdelivers.com – After the solo debut album “Lalisa” broke the world record in early September 2021, Blackpink’s Lisa plans to do an educational charity in her hometown, Thailand. He revealed the plan after expressing interest in joining a social program conducted by the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange in Buriram Province, Thailand.
“I want (children) to be able to play freely in a better educational environment and pursue their dreams without any obstacles,” said Lisa as quoted by The Korea Times. In addition, he also wants to encourage and support the cherished dreams of children.
In the same news, the program was carried out by the Korea Foundation with YG Entertainment, the label of the girl group Blackpink. In 2021, the program will build a cultural complex covering an area of 160 square meters and one of them will be established at the Non Suwan Phitthayakhom School in Buriram.
The program will also provide for the procurement of computers, projectors, and other equipment for school supplies. In addition, the program also wants to establish a K-pop academy managed by local instructors. Previously, Non Suwan Phitthayakhom school had held traditional dance classes outside of school hours even though the class was in disrepair.
